Supported the Microsoft AI World Tour as an Exhibit Technician (ET) Box Operator, traveling across Seattle, São Paulo, Bengaluru, Seoul, Bangkok, and Canberra. Working behind the scenes, I helped deliver flawless keynote experiences by managing presentation playback, supporting speakers, and coordinating closely with production teams during live events.

Challenge

Ensure presentations were delivered seamlessly in a live environment where timing, accuracy, and adaptability were critical. Every session required precise coordination between speakers, producers, and technical teams while accommodating last-minute changes under tight deadlines.
